You click the the Marketing tile / app via a mobile device and you receive the error: “app could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP FIORI launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment”.Failed to resolve navigation target “#Initial-manageCampaignFlow”. This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment.
The reason this error message appears is that the Campaign App on the SAP Marketing Cloud is not supported on Mobile Devices. This App should only be used on desktop or laptop devices.
